Oyster Stew
Oyster Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 doz. shucked raw oysters with liquid, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1 tbsp. worcestershire, 2 tsp. celery salt and 3/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Carefully pick over oysters to remove bits of shell.
In deep skillet or kettle, heat butter until sizzling.
Add oysters with liquid, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, pepper, salt and paprika.
Heat until edges of oysters; curl slightly.
Add milk. Heat quickly but do not boil.
Serve in bowls topped with paprika and lumps of butter and oyster crackers.
Makes 4 servings.
