Oyster Stew
Oyster Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. oysters, 1 small carnation milk, 3 c. whole milk, 1 tbsp. margarine and 1 tsp. dash, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Simmer oysters in own fluid, plus 1/4 cup water.
Skim! Add cup milk plus whole milk plus butter.
Add Greek seasoning. Continue to simmer 6 minutes adding several sprinkles of celery, garlic and onion salt.
Garnish with parsley flakes.
Serve with oyster crackers (2 large bowls), stirring throughout.
