Oyster Stew
Oyster Stew is an easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. shucked oysters, butter the size of an egg, 1 c. sweet milk and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oysters until they are plump and smoking hot.
Season with salt and pepper.
Heat milk with butter dropped in it to the boiling point.
As you take oysters and the milk off stove, pour the 2 together.
Serve at once in heated bowls with plenty of oyster crackers.
