Oyster Casserole
Oyster Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pt. oysters, 1/2 lb. crackers (i prefer zesta), 1/2 stick margarine, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 c. sweet milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Layer as follows: first layer, line casserole dish with 1/3 crackers (this varies some); second layer, 1/2 the oysters; third layer, crackers and fourth layer, remaining oysters.
Top with crackers and add milk and butter.
Sprinkle with salt.
(Can omit salt, if desired.)
