Overnight Salmon Casserole
Overnight Salmon Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. bread cubes, 1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon, drained, 3/4 c. chopped onion, 1 c. diced celery and 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place half of bread in bottom of a shallow, buttered 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Mix together next 5 ingredients and spread over bread cubes.
Top with remaining bread cubes.
Beat eggs; add milk and soup.
Pour over casserole.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Top with cheese and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
