Oven Stew
Oven Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. beef stewing meat, 1/4 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 2 tbsp. wesson oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

👨🍳 Instructions
Cut meat into 1-inch cubes, coat with flour, salt and pepper, toss with oil in 3 qt. casserole.
Bake 400° uncovered for 30 minutes.
Stir once.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and bake at 375° for 2 hours or until meat is tender.
Makes 6 - 8 servings.
