Oven Porcupines
Saucy oven-baked meatballs of ground beef and rice studded into a tomato-Worcestershire sauce. The "porcupine" name comes from the rice grains poking through.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Mix meat, rice, 1/3 cup water, onion, salt, garlic and pepper.
Shape into round balls.
Place balls in an ungreased baking dish (8 x 8 x 2-inch).
Stir together remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs.
Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
