Oven Meatballs
Oven Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. skim milk, 1/4 c. onion, finely chopped, 2 eggs, 3 slices bread, crumbled and 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Combine milk, onion and eggs.
Add bread, let stand for 5 minutes.
Add meat and seasonings.
Mix thoroughly.
Shape into 4 dozen small balls, 1 1/2-inch diameter. Place on baking pan and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
Yields 8 servings (6 per serving).
