Oven-Fried Sweet Potatoes
Oven-Fried Sweet Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 3 large sweet potatoes, unpeeled (about 2 lb.), 2/3 c. fine, dry breadcrumbs, 3/4 tsp. dried rosemary, 1/3 c. milk and vegetable cooking spray, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Scrub potatoes; cut crosswise into 3/8-inch slices.
Combine breadcrumbs and rosemary.
Dip each slice in milk and dredge in breadcrumb mixture.
Place on a lightly greased baking sheet and coat with cooking spray.
Bake at 450Β° for 15 minutes.
Turn potatoes and bake 10 to 15 minutes or until tender.
