Oven-Fried Chicken(Light) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 2 1/2 lb. chicken pieces, 1/4 c. cornflake crumbs, 1 tbsp. fresh parsley, 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt and 1 clove garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Rinse chicken; pat dry.
Place on a rack in a shallow baking pan; set aside.
In a small bowl, combine cornflake crumbs and parsley; set aside.
In another bowl, combine yogurt, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
Brush chicken with yogurt mixture, then sprinkle with crumb mixture.
Bake, uncovered, in a 375Β° oven for 45 to 55 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
