Oven-Fried Chicken
Oven-Fried Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 cut-up frying chicken (3 lb. or so), 1 tbsp. margarine, 3/4 c. flour, 1 tbsp. parsley flakes and 2 tsp. paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt margarine in 13 x 9-inch pan while oven is preheating to 425Β°.
Remove and set aside.
In plastic bag, mix well the remaining ingredients except chicken.
Add chicken, 2 pieces at a time, and shake until well coated.
Place chicken in pan skin side down.
Bake 35 minutes.
Turn and bake another 15 to 20 minutes, or until it is fork-tender.
