Oven-Fried Chicken

Heat oven to 425Β°.
Mix flour, salt, pepper and paprika in a paper shortening and butter in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish and melt in oven.
Shake 3 or 4 pieces of chicken in the flour at a time.
Place the floured chicken in hot oil. Bake 30 minutes; turn and bake 30 minutes more.
