Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well; set aside.
Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and hot sauce, stirring well.
Brush mayonnaise mixture evenly over both sides of fillets; dredge in cereal mixture.
Place fillets in 9 x 13-inch glass cooking pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 450Β° for 18 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Serve with lemon wedges.
