Cut fillets in serving pieces.
Dip in milk and roll in bread crumbs.
Place in well-greased baking pan; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Drizzle melted butter or margarine over fish and bake in an extremely hot oven (500Β°) for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Serves 3 to 4.
