Oven French Fries(Dietetic) is an easy dinner. Made with 2 large potatoes, 1 tbsp. salad oil and salt, pepper and paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Slice potatoes in half and then slice each half into 8 thick crescent-shaped pieces.
Chill sliced potatoes 10 minutes (or longer) in ice cold water to crisp them.
Preheat oven to 475Β°. Drain potatoes well.
Toss lightly with oil.
Spray a baking pan with Pam.
Arrange the slices in a single layer.
Bake 25 minutes turning occasionally.
Season and serve.
