Brown chicken in oil.

Cook onion and celery in oil until tender.

Stir in cranberry sauce and remaining ingredients.

Bring to a boil and pour over chicken that you have put in a baking dish. Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour.

I do not use the oil; I use Pam.

The last 20 to 30 minutes, I take chicken out and add to the sauce 1 to 2 boxes Rice-A-Roni long grain wild rice that I have already fixed like box says, but I leave the margarine out.

I then lay chicken back on and finish cooking.

I also use chicken breast.
