Out-a-Sight Chicken
Out-A-Sight Chicken is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 36 minutes. Made with chicken breasts, cabbage, small zucchini, soy or tamari sauce and onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cut chicken in chunks and brown lightly in butter.
Brown sliced onions and set aside.
Slice cabbage very thinly and brown in butter.
Add very thin, round slices of zucchini.
When slightly cooked, add chicken and onions.
Simmer, adding a little water, wine and soy sauce to taste.
If mushrooms are used, slice whole, brown and set aside as with the onions.
Add at the end also.
Serve over brown rice with soy sauce as a condiment. Remember to cook vegetables only until lightly cooked.
