Oriental Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 full round steaks, trim all fat and cube, 1 can beef broth, 2 c. broccoli, 1 c. diced celery and 1 c. diced carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook meat in heavy pan and stir until browned.
Add beef broth and cook about 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
