Oriental Chicken Breasts
Oriental Chicken Breasts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 whole chicken breasts, split into halves, 5 tbsp. salad oil, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. vinegar and 3/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oil in skillet at medium heat.
Brown chicken on both sides; pour off excess oil.
Combine sugar, vinegar, salt, ginger and soy sauce.
Pour over chicken; simmer for 35 minutes, covered. Remove chicken from pan.
Blend cornstarch and pineapple juice. Add to skillet with remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
Return chicken to pan.
Cover and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, until tender and pepper is cooked.
Serve with rice cooked in chicken broth.
