Orange Zucchini Cake
Orange Zucchini Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg; set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat sugar, oil and eggs until well combined.
Stir in raisin bran cereal, orange peel and vanilla.
Add flour mixture, zucchini and nuts; mix well.
Spread evenly in greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes or until tests done.
Serve plain or sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
