Orange Sherbet Salad
Orange Sherbet Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange flavored gelatin, 2 c. boiling water, 1 pt. orange sherbet, 2 chopped bananas and 1 (8 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add sherbet to hot gelatin mixture and stir until dissolved.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Pour into a 2-quart ring mold and chill until set. Drained off juices may be substituted for part of the boiling water.
