Orange Pork Tenderloin
Orange Pork Tenderloin is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 whole pork tenderloin, 1 tbsp. butter, softened, 1/4 tsp. dried thyme, crushed, dash of cayenne pepper and 3/4 to 1 c. orange juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix butter, thyme and cayenne pepper. Spread evenly over tenderloin.
Place tenderloin in shallow roasting pan and pour 3/4 cup orange juice over meat.
Roast in a 375° oven for 25 to 30 minutes to 155° to 160° on meat thermometer, basting occasionally. Remove meat to serving platter.
Keep warm.
Measure basting liquid into small saucepan, adding additional orange juice, if necessary, to make 3/4 cup.
Quickly whisk in flour, sugar and butter. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Cut tenderloin in 1-inch slices and serve with sauce.
