Orange Chicken Chunks
Orange Chicken Chunks is an impressive dinner. Made with 6 breasts, 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, 1 tsp. paprika, 1/2 c. salad oil and 1 (9 oz.) can pineapple chunks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt and paprika.
Heat oil in large skillet.
Add chicken and cook 5 minutes until white.
Add syrup from pineapple, chicken broth and vinegar.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Add celery, green pepper and onion.
Cover; cook 5 minutes.
Add tomato wedges and pineapple chunks.
Blend soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch and water.
Add to sauce; stir constantly until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
Cook 1 minute longer.
Add orange sections and toss lightly.
Serve over fried rice.
Makes 6 servings.
