Onion Rolls
Onion Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. all-purpose flour, 2 pkg. active dry yeast, 2 1/4 c. milk, 2 tbsp. sugar and 4 tbsp. instant minced onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 1/2 cups flour and the yeast. In saucepan, heat together the milk, sugar, 2 tablespoons instant minced onion, cooking oil, mustard, salt and pepper, just until warm, stirring occasionally.
Add to dry mixture in mixer bowl. Add egg.
Beat at low speed for 1/2 minute, scraping sides of bowl constantly.
Beat 3 minutes at high speed.
By hand, stir in enough of the remaining flour to make a moderately stiff dough.
