Onion Pie
Onion Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 20 saltine crackers, crushed, 1/2 c. melted oleo, 5 eggs, beaten, 3 large onions, sliced thin and 2 c. milk with 1 chicken bouillon cube diluted in it, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix crackers and oleo.
Line a casserole dish for crust. Saute onions until clear.
Spread over cracker crust.
Mix beaten eggs, milk and seasonings together.
Pour over onions.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 45 minutes or until firm.
