Onion-Cheese Supper Bread

Cook onion in small amount of hot butter until tender, but not brown. Combine egg and milk. Add to biscuit mix. Stir only until mix is just moistened.
Add onion, half the cheese and parsley. Spread dough into greased 8 x 1 1/2-inch round cake pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Drizzle melted butter over top. Bake at 400Β° for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
