Onion Casserole
Onion Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 large onions, sliced very thin, 1/4 lb. swiss cheese, 1/2 c. flour, 2 1/2 c. milk and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Peel and slice onions.
Place in a shallow greased 2 1/2-quart casserole.
Place a layer of Swiss cheese over the onions.
Layer onions and Swiss cheese only once.
Combine in a large bowl the flour, milk, salt and Tabasco sauce.
Beat until smooth.
Add eggs; beat again.
Pour over the onions and cheese.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350Β°.
