One Loaf Bread
One Loaf Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yeast, 1 1/4 c. warm water, 2 tbsp. sugar, 3 c. flour and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix water and yeast together and set for 15 minutes.
Add sugar, salt, oleo and egg; mix well.
Add enough flour to make a smooth batter.
Add 1/2 of flour at a time, until all of the flour is used, making a stiff dough (more flour can be added if needed). Pour dough out on a well floured board and knead until small blisters under surface of dough.
Place dough in a greased bowl to rise.
Cover with towel, let rise to double in size, 30 to 40 minutes.
