Olive Cheese Ball
Olive Cheese Ball is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese (about 8 oz), 1 1/4 c. flour, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted and about 36 pimento stuffed small olives, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix cheese and flour.
Add butter and mix thoroughly.
(If dough seems dry, work with hands.)
Mold 1 teaspoon dough around each olive.
Shape into ball. Place 2-inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Chill at least 1 hour.
Bake at 400Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
