Old-Style Pineapple Pudding

Mix cornstarch, sugar and salt and dilute with cold water, pineapple juice and boiling water.
Cook in double boiler, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
Cool slightly; add lemon juice, pineapple and beaten egg whites and pour in molds to chill and set.
