Old Fashioned Raisin Pie

Put orange juice and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in raisins.
Let stand 2 hours.
Add sugar, flour, lemon juice and salt to raisin mixture.
Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes or until thickened. Heat oven to 425°.
Roll out half of the dough and line 9-inch pie pan.
Pour raisin mixture.
Roll out remaining dough and a lattice top.
Crimp together top and bottom dough.
Bake for 10 minutes. Lower temperature to 350°.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until top is browned.
