Make dough for peanut butter cookies.
Chill 1 hour.
Heat oven to 375Β°.
Using cookie press with star plate, make 2 1/2-inch fingers.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
When cool, dip one end in melted chocolate (4 small plain chocolate bars), then in 3/4 cup crushed salted peanuts.
Makes 6 dozen cookies.
