Old Fashioned Beef Stew
Old Fashioned Beef Stew is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. beef chuck, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes, 2 tbsp. fat, 2 c. boiling water, 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce and 1 clove garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Thoroughly brown the meat on all sides in hot fat, turning often.
Add boiling water, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, sliced onions, bay leaves and seasonings.
Cover and simmer.
Don't boil for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally to keep from sticking. Remove bay leaves and garlic clove.
Add carrots, onions and cubed potatoes.
Cover and cook 30 minutes.
