Old Fashion Bread Pudding
Old Fashion Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. soft bread crumbs, 2 c. milk, 1/4 c. butter, 1/2 c. sugar and 2 eggs, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Place bread crumbs in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the bread crumbs. Dot with
2 tablespoons more of butter.
Place baking dish in larger pan and pour 1 to 1 1/2 inches of hot water in larger pan.
Bake at 350Β° minutes or until silver knife inserted comes out clean.
Serve warm with sauce on whipped cream
(better if milk is heated before adding other ingredients).
