Oatmeal Pumpkin Bread
Oatmeal Pumpkin Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. quick oats, 1 c. hot lo-fat milk, 3/4 c. pumpkin, 2 eggs, beaten and 1/4 c. margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In large bowl, combine oats and milk and allow to stand for 5 minutes, then stir in pumpkin, eggs and margarine.
In a separate bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and spices.
Gradually add dry ingredients to oatmeal mixture.
Stir in raisins and nuts, mixing well.
Place in a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until done.
Cool on a wire rack.
Makes one loaf.
