Oatmeal Peanut Butter-Chocolate Chip Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened, 1 (18 oz.) jar chunky peanut butter, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar and 4 large eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Beat butter and peanut butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until fluffy.
Gradually add sugars, beating well.
Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
Combine oats and baking soda; add to butter mixture, mixing well.
Stir in chocolate morsels (by hand). Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350Β° for 9 to 10 minutes.
Cool on cookie sheets for 5 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
