Oatmeal Nut Muffins
Oatmeal Nut Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. old fashioned oats, 3/4 c. flour, 2 tbsp. packed brown sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Mix well oats, flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt. Cut in margarine until coarse crumbs.
Beat in egg and buttermilk. Add nuts.
Stir just until moistened.
Spoon into 12 greased muffin cups.
Bake in 425Β° oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Wonderful served with jelly at breakfast time.
