Oatmeal Muffins
Oatmeal Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. boiling water, 2 c. large flake oatmeal, 1 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1 c. vegetable oil and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In large bowl, pour boiling water over oatmeal.
Let stand 20 minutes.
Vigorously beat in the remaining ingredients.
Fill greased muffin pans 3/4 full.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
Makes about 30 medium to large size muffins.
