Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cake

Mix oatmeal and boiling water in large bowl and cool.
Blend white sugar, brown sugar and oleo into oatmeal.
Beat in eggs. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt, cocoa and 1 cup chocolate chips. Put it in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch greased pan.
Sprinkle with another cup of chocolate chips and walnuts.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
