Oatmeal Blueberry Muffins
Oatmeal Blueberry Muffins is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, 1 c. 3-minute oats, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In large bowl, stir together flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt; set aside.
In a small bowl, mix egg, water and oil; add all at once to oat mixture, stirring just until moistened.
Stir in blueberries.
Spoon into greased or lined muffin cups 2/3 full.
Blend 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over the batter in each muffin cup.
Bake at 400Β° for 18 to 20 minutes.
Makes 1 dozen.
Muffins freeze well.
Microwave for a quick breakfast.
