Norway Fudge
Norway Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. granulated sugar, 3 c. brown sugar, 2 c. cream, butter (size of an egg) and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Boil sugars together with cream until mixture forms a very soft ball when tested in cold water, then add butter, vanilla and nuts.
(May use other kinds of nuts instead of black walnuts.) Let stand until cool, then beat until light brown.
May be put in buttered flat dish as for fudge or formed into rolls for slicing. Keep in covered dish.
