Nonfat Blueberry Cobbler
Nonfat Blueberry Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. promise fat free mayonnaise, 2 c. blueberries and 1 c. skim (nonfat) milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Preheat oven to 375°.
Mix flour, sugar and fat free margarine together by hand.
Dough will be sticky.
Put half of dough in bottom of a glass square dish that has been lightly sprayed with Pam.
Put blueberries on top of dough.
Drop remainder of dough by spoonfuls on top of blueberries.
Mix the vanilla flavoring with the skim milk and then pour over the cobbler.
Bake at 375° for about 45 minutes or until top crust is brown.
