Dissolve yeast in warm water with 1 teaspoon of sugar.
Melt 1/2 cup butter.
Add milk and beaten eggs, then add yeast mixture. (Make sure butter isn't hot or it'll kill the yeast.)

Cover tightly and let stand in fridge for 6 hours, overnight or up to 2 days.
