Made with 4 medium sized sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed, 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 c. softened margarine, 1 egg and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine all ingredients except whipped cream, in blender.Blend at medium speed until well mixed.
Pour into greased (or Pam sprayed) 9-inch pie pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Can be served warm or cool with a dollop of Cool Whip or plain.
