No-Crust Pepperoni Cheese Pie
No-Crust Pepperoni Cheese Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. mozzarella cheese, 5 eggs, 1/4 tsp. basil, 2 oz. pepperoni, thinly sliced and 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Sprinkle cheese and pepperoni on bottom of 9-inch pie plate (sprayed with nonstick coating); set aside. In medium bowl, with wire whisk or fork, beat eggs, milk and basil until well blended.
Pour egg mixture into pie plate over cheese and pepperoni.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean.
