No-Cholesterol Pear Cake
No-Cholesterol Pear Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. nutrasweet, 1/2 c. light brown sugar, 1/4 c. applesauce, 3 egg whites and 2/3 c. white flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Spray a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan with Pam.
In a large mixing bowl, combine sugars, applesauce and egg whites.
Beat with a wooden spoon until well blended. Add flours, oat bran, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Stir until moistened. Stir in shredded pears.
Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake in a 350Β° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
You may add 1 cup chopped nuts, if preferred, before cooking.
