New Yorker Pasta is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. thin spaghetti, 1 bunch broccoli (about a lb.), 1/4 lb. bacon, fried, 2 medium cloves garlic, minced and 1/3 lb. favorite cheese, grated (jack, cheddar, bleu), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Prepare spaghetti per package directions; drain.
Cut broccoli into florets and steam 8 minutes in microwave on High.
Microwave bacon until brown in special dish or on a platter prepared with several layers of paper towels.
Place hot spaghetti in serving bowl.
Add broccoli; toss gently.
Add bacon (crumbled) and grated cheese; toss again.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and pepper. Serve hot.
