New Waldorf Salad
New Waldorf Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and cut up or 2 (15 1/4 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, drained, 1 medium apple, cored and chopped, 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery, 1/2 c. halved seedless red grapes and 1/2 c. toasted walnut pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In a large bowl, gently toss together pineapple, apple, celery, grapes, walnuts and kiwi.
In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, yogurt and honey.
Fold gently into fruit mixture. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
Makes 6 to 8 servings, each containing 210 calories and 2 grams saturated fat.
