Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In medium mixing bowl, combine cornmeal, eggs, corn, sour cream, cracklin', oil, and salt.
Mix together well using wire whip or spatula.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan or dish.
Bake 30-40 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool or 5 minutes before cutting into pieces. Carefully lift out with spatula onto hot serving platter.
Serves 10-12.
