New England Clam Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 slices bacon, 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced, 2 cans minced clams with juice, 1 c. half and half and 1/2 c. whipping cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In large pan, saute bacon until crisp.
Remove and drain on paper towel.
In same skillet, saute onion and potato.
Sprinkle with flour.
Add all clam juice; stir and bring to boil.
Simmer until potatoes are soft, about 15 minutes.
Add half and half. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add minced clams; heat until simmering.
Don't boil.
Add whipping cream.
Sprinkle with diced bacon.
Serve immediately.
